In the UK, 1 in 4 of us will struggle with our mental health this year. Too many people still get passed from service to service, telling their story over and over, and never quite getting the whole picture looked at together.
We started Crystal Pathways to do it differently. Not asking which pathway someone fits into, but what they actually need, and building support around that, with one team having one conversation instead of five.
That takes people who want to work this way. People who bring real clinical expertise alongside real lived experience, who'd rather understand someone properly than move them along to the next service. Current Opportunities
We don't do nine to five in a box. Some roles are remote, some are on-site, most are a mix, whatever actually works for the client and the team. You'll work alongside people who know their stuff and still want to learn more. We back each other up, share what we know, and never leave anyone to figure it out alone.
